Alex can train his clients one-on-one or in small groups. He also runs a number of group classes and activities throughout the week for those looking to get fit, make some new friends, and have fun at the same time. Soon, we will be launching an online personal training programme giving you the option and mentorship to train anywhere and at anytime with a customised programme tailored to your specific goals.

About Us

Welcome to Alex Hart Fitness! My name is Alex Hart, and I'm a Master Trainer on the Gold Coast. We are a mobile personal training business that has been transforming bodies and minds since 2012.

A little bit of my personal story... My love for fitness started with lifting weights at the age of 14. Within a few short months, I started seeing my body change and muscles grow, and from that day I have been training 5 days a week and haven’t looked back since! I have also fallen in love with running (both sprinting and long distance), as well as boxing. It wasn't long before I was helping my mates get into weight training too. With my passion for fitness, it has always been clear to me that this is the direction my life was always headed.

I obtained my personal training certification through the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers. This was shortly followed by my boxing and running coach qualifications. I have worked in the fitness industry for more than 10 years working as a personal trainer, fitness instructor, boxing coach and running coach. I am also an experienced instructor, having instructed more than 11 different group exercise classes; from body pump and boxing classes, to aquatic fitness.

On a daily basis, I get to meet the most amazing people and make a real difference to their lives. What I really love is watching their attitudes change along with their bodies.

This is aimed at everyone on the Gold Coast looking to improve their life physically and mentally. We offer help to everyone at any age, fitness level shape or size. We bring all equipment to wherever you choose to train (home, office, park, beach or apartment gym). This is an extremely effective way to ensure you reach your goals by having an experienced trainer guide you through each and every workout making sure you do every rep with great technique and NO risk of injury while giving you the support and encouragement you need to have an awesome workout.

Perhaps all you need is someone to be there to hold you accountable and teach you the fastest and safest way to achieve your goal? We understand that no two people are the same, and that everyone is different; from the way they exercise to what you eat all needs to be customised to suit your needs.

Groups & Classes

Training with other like-minded people looking for similar results, is a fun and affordable way to achieve your fitness goals. It’s a great place to build friendships, all while getting fit and getting the body of your dreams! We have a number of classes available, including: group boxing classes, running clubs, and bootcamps.


Although called "boot camps", these sessions are a non-intimidating way to get fit with lots of encouragement. There will be harder and easier options given, so you can take everything at your own pace. This really is suited to everyone at any fitness level.

Running Club

Have you ever wished you were a runner? Whether you are a seasoned professional looking for improvements to your running techniques or a beginner working up to your first charity run, here is your chance to run with others that share the same goals. Alex Hart Fitness is here to help you maximise your running style and breathing technique.

Group Boxing

Group Boxing classes are a great way to work up a sweat. Alex is fully qualified as a boxing coach, and uses his knowledge to help you improve your fitness and tone up, all while relieving some stress and having a great time! You'll make some great friends, and never would have imagined how much fun you could have working out!
